The Beautiful Sceneries of Negros Occidental (Culipapa)

           Firstly, it is blessed with bountiful catches and harves. The reason why the livelihood of the people is farming and fishing. We have our very own flying fish or baronggoy which serves as the mark of Culupapanian.

           Secondly we also have various of beach namely Gadin which was named Oasis recently Barbecho beaches . which its white sand, corals and mangroves Culipapa is preserve our natural resources and in fact Culipapa beaches is becoming a sanctuary model.

            Thirdly is Taliptipon which now became a tourist destination of many because of its adorable rock formation and the semi hollywood name Culipapa design on it catches the attention of the people. Taliptipon is the best place to wacth sunset. It can be seen while driving, a best place to release your stress and bond.

                       SOMETHING HAPPENED ON MY HOLY WEEK          Holy week is one of the most important events that we yearly celebrate here in the Philippines and in some countries. Some people went to church to hear gospel about the 7 last words. But for me I just spent my holy week at Mactan Shrine together with my cousins. After that we went home to share some of our cooked Biko. It was just a little celebration of ours but it was filled with happiness. You might be thinking instead of going somewhere else why I didn’t went to church? It doesn’t mean just because I didn’t went to church, I didn’t believe about holy week?                            Community                         Ervin is a daughter of a fisherman, and the ocean has always been a very important part of her life. He grew up near the Culipapa in Hinoba-an, Southern Negros.            Although, Ervin also wishes to be more confident in advocating for sustainable fisheries. Also being a importance of protecting fish stock from being over, explioted by allowing speace and time for fish to spawn and grow, and by stopping illegal commercial fishing in municipal waters. Ervin knows proper fisheries management is crucial for her family and community food security.
