                           Community                         Ervin is a daughter of a fisherman, and the ocean has always been a very important part of her life. He grew up near the Culipapa in Hinoba-an, Southern Negros.            Although, Ervin also wishes to be more confident in advocating for sustainable fisheries. Also being a importance of protecting fish stock from being over, explioted by allowing speace and time for fish to spawn and grow, and by stopping illegal commercial fishing in municipal waters. Ervin knows proper fisheries management is crucial for her family and community food security.

                                                                                   The Beautiful Sceneries of Negros Occidental (Culipapa)            Firstly, it is blessed with bountiful catches and harves. The reason why the livelihood of the people is farming and fishing.
